We started in a Transit van in 2007. Same number ever since.
Mark spent a decade on the tools at British Steel before starting Hawthorne. The team is four — Mark, his son Joe (qualified 2019), and two journeymen who've been with us six years each.
We don't sub-contract and we don't have a sales team. Whoever quotes your job is who carries it out, and whoever you call back next year for a socket move.
